• Relevant Preaching – using creative methods to apply God’s unchanging message to our lives today.

• Meaningful and Personal Worship – true worship brings God to the center of our focus. It’s all about him. The more we seek him, the more we find him.

• Life Groups – we all have a longing to know and be known. We want to see every person connect with someone else on their journey of connecting with God.

• Family Development – our culture has mutilated God’s idea of family. God desires to restore every family because healthy families were His idea in the first place.

• Next Generation – kids and teens are our future. We need to prepare them today.

• Leadership – we want to empower the church to do the work of Christ.

• Missions – making a difference in our world both near and far.

Nine years ago, God laid on our hearts to plant our first church and be the parent. It was such an amazing experience that we decided in our DNA and budget that we wanted to try to plant one church per year out of the Waters. Through God's grace and miraculous provision we are now getting ready to launch our 10th church. I am believing that God will continue to accelerate this mission as our churches we have planted now want to partner with us in planting more churches! We believe with God's help, we will not only see The Waters continue to plant a new church each year, but we pray that our efforts will be multiplied as we see our planters catch a heart to multiply through their churches as well! We believe that the best is yet to come!
