TCAL Church

We are a church with multiple strategic alignments nationally to fulfill our mission of planting churches nationally as well as internationally.

We planted our church family with the passion to reproduce other church families. I had not ever been a part of any church that had ever supported or sent out leaders to plant another church or intentionally support or serve any other churches nationally that were not focused as mission work type efforts. This was a huge kingdom shift for us. We love it and are smitten with this new DNA.

We want to raise up a new generation of churches led by new kingdom minded pastoral leaders.

MISSION

We are a faith family on a rescue mission, working as a team sharing Christ, training believers, and changing our world.

We are serious about our faith but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We love to laugh, to celebrate, to create a safe, inviting place for you to be yourself. We believe when people are having fun, they have the greatest chance to learn and grow.

A church where every age, race, ethnicity, and socio-economic status is not only welcome but also necessary. We are a multi-ethnic church in a multi-ethnic world. We are better together.

4 | WE ARE RADICALLY GENEROUS.

God is a good, generous, loving Father and we look most like Him when we give. We believe in giving counter-culturally, with radical generosity, of our time, talent, treasure, trials, touch, and testimony.

5 | WE ACTIVELY PURSUE HEALTH IN LIFE AND RELATIONSHIPS.

Not everything that’s growing is healthy. We pursue health in every facet of life. Healthy relationships are vital to our health. We honor each other, refuse to gossip, practice healthy reconciliation, and enjoy life as a faith family.

6 | WE LIVE IN THE TENSION OF GRACE AND TRUTH.

We display love and acceptance with the truth that transforms. Because truth without grace condemns while grace without truth simply condones. Grace says you are loved and accepted right where you are but Love requires Truth so you don’t get left there.

We know Jesus changes everything. And we are sold out to how drastically He can transform your life and fill you with the Hope it takes to get there. This is why TCAL is a church of next steps.
