Soma Communities

The Church is God’s idea, his new creation, his chosen means for reconciling the world back to himself in Christ. Christ is our head and we are his body (or soma in the Greek). We are the church. Soma deliberately focuses on the identity of the Church before the activities of a network. We self-identify as a Family Of Churches in recognition that the church is a family, locally and trans-locally. Practically, this means Soma Churches and leaders take responsibility for one another by asking, “What would a good family do?”

We’re a family of churches. We make disciples, strengthen one another and plant churches of missional communities towards gospel saturation.
