New Hope Community Church

In late 2004, after thirteen years of pastoral ministry, missions, church planting and evangelism, God called Eddie and Norma to the Southeastern District of Florida and planted another home cell/small group church from “The First Alliance Church of Port Charlotte” – a new church that focuses on loving people into the Kingdom of God in today’s society and in new and creative ways.

New Hope is a Christ-centered church that seeks to honor God primarily through Neighborhood Initiatives and Growth Group gatherings throughout the week in the North Port Community and surrounding area.

Our dream is becoming a sending community of greater collaboration and partnership within our City with other local churches from within and without our Alliance family. To share best practices, resources and training to reduce lostness in our City, equip, train and mentor a new generation of missionary disciples that will start new ministry, plant new churches and go to unreached people groups both locally and worldwide.
