We boldly care for our personal health and for the people around us. We are not afraid to confront one another with grace and truth. We believe an imaginary conversation often deserves a real conversation.

Tenacious Teachability

We never stop learning. We humbly learn from each other’s strengths and weaknesses. We champion others’ ideas even when our own ideas don’t win. We seek wisdom from the Holy Spirit and coaches in our lives.

See Then Serve

When we see a need we strive to meet that need. We put others before ourselves. We are willing to do any task for the sake of the mission, even if it’s not our assigned task.

Extra Mile

We strive to make everything better. We maintain a going above and beyond attitude. We take ownership of making things excellent at every level.

Mile City was started to create a community or people of all backgrounds to come explore, get their questions answered, and begin moving towards God.

From day one Mile City has strived to be a church starting church. On opening day we started with a church planter apprentice on our team and ever since have had one or two apprentices on our team getting trained up to be sent out.

Our desire is to keep a sending mindset at the forefront of our vision and continue to have multiple church planting apprentices on our team and watch more and more churches being launched from within as we partner with other like-minded multiplying churches.
