People

We honor people because God has given everyone eternal value. Each person has destiny, purpose and meaning. We intentionally value each person, so they can discover God’s perfect plan for their life.

Innovation

We contend to never compromise the message of the gospel, but will consistently seek to improve our methods. Having this attitude of teachability allows us to understand that we will never fully “arrive.”

Excellence

We are relentless about the details and we operate with urgency, because we know what is at stake. We strive for excellence in every area within our church. Why? Because what we do represents God, so the quality of our ministry is incredibly important.

Generosity

We know that everything we have comes from God, so we will not take him or his people for granted and we will forever be grateful for his provision.

Empowerment

The magnitude of what’s at stake (eternity) requires a united effort; we must have an “all hands on deck” approach, which means each one of us using our time, talents, and financial resources to serve the local church. Jesus measured greatness in terms of service, not status and we are all about creating a culture that will better serve our church, our community and our world. The happiest people on the planet are those who are making a difference in the lives of others!
